Remittance basis - updated HMRC guidance

HMRC has published its updated guidance on the operation of the remittance basis for non-UK domiciliaries. The guidance can be downloaded here.  Helpfully, a list of updates and changes is included at the very end.

The previous guidance, issued in March 2009, is here.
