Companies Act 2006 - new Articles from 1 October 2009

BIS has issued draft guidance explaining the changes to the model articles which will be available  to companies incorporated from 1 October, and for adoption by existing companies if they so choose.  

The Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 prescribe only 3 types of model articles; being for public companies, private companies limited by guarantee and private companies limited by shares.  Each (in Word 2003) can be downloaded via here.
