Jersey law foundations - update

The new law has been approved by the Privy Council and will take effect on 17 July.  The law will be accompanied by regulations aimed at facilitating the importation into Jersey of  existing foundations incorporated in other jurisdictions, such as Liechtenstein and Panama  A commentary can be downloaded here.
