New disclosure opportunity - update

HMRC has today issue a press release concerning the new disclosure opportunity.  It adds nothing to the information already in the public domain, except to indicate that the detail (forms, guidance etc) will not be available until 1 September, also being the date when notifications of the intention to disclose can  start being made.
