Equitable liability - HMRC statement

We have previously speculated over whether the post April 2010 reduced regime for claims would herald the end of equitable liability.  The withdrawal of the concession is, indeed, confirmed by the HMRC technical note issued last month.

HMRC have now issued a further statement.
