STEP standard provisions

The standard provisions, written by James Kessler QC, were published in 1992 and have since been regularly adopted by will drafters as providing a cheap and effective set of administrative provisions for inclusion in the wills for the majority.

The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners has now issued an updated version of the provisions in draft, and invited comments by 1 August.  The draft second version of the provisions is here and the consultation notes here.
