Substitution clauses

The appeal in Premier Groundworks Ltd v Jozsa UKEAT/0494/08/DM concerned an individual's categorisation, not for the purposes of tax but, rather, the working time regulations.  The judgment provides a useful rehearsal of substitution clauses.
