Another troublesome year ahead

With the coming weeks promising to be hard work for advisers and clients alike, and with the Finance Bill expected to add even more unintelligible drivel to the statute book, perhaps the Prime Minister, the Chancellor and their policy wonks could make use of this handy diagrammatical aid to the correct implementation of tax policy :
