We are an owner-managed firm of specialist tax advisers, established in 1995.

We provide technical support, advice and investigation services in all areas of SME and  private client taxes.  Particular interests include: HMRC investigations conducted under Codes of Practice 8 and 9; property taxes; trusts; and wills and estate planning.  A significant element of our work has an international flavour.

Our clients are typically other professional firms of solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and fiduciaries, located both in the UK and elsewhere.

Our principals are accountants or lawyers, and are members of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, the Institute of Indirect Taxation, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the International Tax Planning Association.
